Product Hierarchy · Three Routes
Not every requirement needs development work. We first determine whether your specification fits an established grade, a controlled range or a fully custom route.
Substitution Principle
Alternative materials are evaluated for partial substitution only. Final use depends on your melt specification, trial results and written technical approval.
| Tier | Supply Route | Typical Input | Technical Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| TIER 01 | Established Grades Recognized or partner-plant production grades. |
CJCr01/02 FeCrN8/9/10 FeTi40/70 |
Confirm grade, particle size, quantity, documentation and current production availability. |
| TIER 02 | Specified within a Range Customer-selected targets within an established production window. |
JMnN-A/B/C FeNCr3/6/10-A/B FeS25/29/30/40/50 |
Check target and tolerance against the partner plant's controllable chemistry range. |
| TIER 03 | Fully Custom Chemistry A new or modified specification developed for a defined application. |
Element targets Impurity limits Size and recovery needs |
Feasibility review, trial melting, sample inspection and a separate trial-production agreement. |
Application Fit · Industrial Buyers
The strongest fit is a technically defined requirement with a clear grade or chemistry, controlled impurities and a planned trial or purchasing volume.
Controlled alloy additions for stainless, chromium-nickel-manganese and other specialty steel formulations.
Niche grades and specified chemistry for alloy producers managing input cost and composition consistency.
Low-impurity alloys and melt-treatment materials for demanding casting and component applications.
Technical supply coordination for distributors requiring niche products, export execution and batch records.
Quality Control · Evidence Before Commitment
NicheFerro is a B2B trading and resource-integration company, not a manufacturing plant. We coordinate technical review, production, inspection and export execution with qualified partner plants.
The confirmed specification is used as the inspection basis. Factory COA or MTR can be supplied by batch, and independent testing or FAT can be coordinated when agreed before production.
Chemical composition, batch reference and applicable production-test results.
Third-party inspection and factory acceptance test can be arranged by agreement.
Grade, target chemistry, tolerances, sizing and packing are confirmed before production.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin support.
Target Markets · Export Coordination
Our primary focus is Europe, North America and India, with additional coverage across East Asia, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Turkey.
Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Turkey and other industrial markets.
United States, Canada and Mexico.
India, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia.
Brazil, Argentina and regional industrial buyers.
Procurement Process · Controlled Handover
Standard grades follow a direct confirmation route. Custom chemistry adds feasibility review, trial production and sample validation before volume commitment.
Product family, grade, target elements, impurity limits, size and required quantity.
Partner-plant capability, production route, documentation and technical feasibility are checked.
Proceed to sample or trial production where needed, then confirm quotation and contract.
Production tracking, FAT or agreed inspection, port delivery and export documentation.
