Quality Control · QC-01
Quality Compliance
Every confirmed specification is translated into measurable inspection criteria. We coordinate production checks, batch testing, documentation, packaging verification, and traceability with qualified partner plants before shipment.
Inspection Workflow · Five Stages
Quality Inspection Process
Inspection begins with the written order specification. The applicable limits, sampling method, reporting requirements, and acceptance basis are confirmed before production or dispatch.
Inspection Basis
The final purchase contract and approved specification take precedence over indicative website data, sample documents, and preliminary discussions.
-
01 Pre-Production
Specification Confirmation
Product grade, target chemistry, permitted tolerances, particle size, quantity, packaging, and required documents are recorded for technical confirmation.
-
02 Production
Process Control
The partner plant controls raw materials, production parameters, and lot separation according to the confirmed manufacturing route.
-
03 Laboratory
Sampling And Analysis
Representative samples are prepared and analyzed for the agreed primary elements and controlled impurities using applicable laboratory methods.
-
04 Release
Result Review
Recorded results are compared with the accepted specification. Deviations are reviewed before the batch is approved for dispatch.
-
05Batch Released
Documentation And Shipment Verification
The applicable MTR or COA, package marks, quantities, and shipping references are checked against the released batch before delivery.
Batch Record · MTR
Manufacturer Test Report Documentation
A Manufacturer Test Report records the tested properties of a production batch. Depending on the product and agreed documentation scope, the report may be issued by the manufacturing plant or supported by an independent laboratory report.
Report formats vary by partner plant. The required report language, test items, and customer references should be confirmed before order placement.
Document Structure · MTR-01
What An MTR May Contain
- Product Identification
- Product name, grade, specification, and production reference.
- Batch Information
- Lot number, test date, quantity, and manufacturing reference.
- Chemical Results
- Measured values for specified elements and controlled impurities.
- Acceptance Criteria
- Agreed minimum, maximum, or target ranges for each test item.
- Authorized Validation
- Laboratory, inspector, issuer, stamp, or electronic approval details.
- Customer Reference
- Purchase order or contract reference when agreed and available.
Independent Verification · TP-01
Third-Party Testing
Independent inspection can be coordinated when required by the customer, contract, destination market, or internal supplier approval process. The inspection scope and cost must be agreed before testing.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Verification may cover quantity, package condition, markings, document consistency, and agreed visual checks before dispatch.
Independent Laboratory Analysis
Retained or independently collected samples may be submitted for chemical testing by a mutually accepted laboratory.
Witnessed Sampling
Sampling can be witnessed or performed by an appointed inspector when chain-of-custody control is required.
Defined Inspection Scope
Test items, methods, laboratory selection, report format, timing, and acceptance criteria are documented before appointment.

Chemical Composition Commitments
Chemical commitments are based on the specification accepted in writing for each order. Standard grades, customer-specified ranges, and fully custom chemistries require different confirmation and validation routes.
| Supply Level | Specification Basis | Verification Route | Release Condition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Grade | Published or mutually recognized grade limits. | Routine batch analysis and applicable plant documentation. | Within Grade |
| Specified Range | Customer-selected values within confirmed production capability. | Written technical review and batch comparison against agreed limits. | Contract Check |
| Custom Chemistry | Customer-defined element targets subject to plant feasibility. | Technical confirmation, trial production, sample testing, and scale-up review. | Trial Validation |
Primary Elements
Main alloying elements are controlled according to the confirmed grade or customer specification.
Restricted Impurities
Applicable limits for carbon, sulfur, phosphorus, silicon, titanium, or other impurities are stated explicitly.
Deviation Handling
A batch outside the agreed acceptance criteria is not represented as compliant without written customer review.
Logistics Control · PK-01
Packaging And Traceability
Packaging is selected according to product form, shipment size, handling conditions, and the confirmed order. Marks and references are checked to preserve identification from the production batch through shipping documentation.
Packaging Confirmation
- Bag type and nominal weight
- Pallet or bulk handling requirements
- Moisture protection where applicable
- Customer marking requirements
Traceability References
- Product and grade identification
- Batch or lot reference
- Package number and quantity
- Contract or shipment reference
Document Linkage
Where supported by the plant and agreed for the order, the batch reference shown on packaging is linked with the corresponding MTR or COA and relevant shipping records.
