Questions And Answers
After Sales Support
3 QuestionsWhen Do You Follow Up After Delivery?
We normally contact the customer about one week after receipt to confirm quality and application feedback, then review inventory and purchasing plans quarterly or semi-annually.
How Are Quality Complaints Handled?
We collect the batch number, MTR, photos, sampling information and process details, then coordinate a technical review with the factory. Corrective action is based on verified evidence and contract terms.
Will You Notify Customers About Major Raw-Material Price Changes?
Yes. For established customers we can monitor relevant raw-material movements and provide timely reminders when market changes may justify an earlier purchasing decision.
Customization
3 QuestionsHow Does A Custom Ferroalloy Project Start?
It starts with your target elements, restricted impurities, application, quantity and desired outcome. We then ask the factory to assess feasibility, normally within two to five business days, before recommending a trial plan.
What Happens If The First Custom Trial Fails?
We report which indicators did not meet the target, discuss the cause with the factory and provide an adjustment proposal. A new trial is only started after both sides confirm the revised plan.
Do You Support Small Pilot Orders?
Yes. Small trial quantities are supported mainly for first transactions and custom products. Sample and pilot-production terms depend on product type, import eligibility and factory feasibility.
Delivery Logistics
3 QuestionsWhich Incoterm Do You Normally Quote?
FOB is our primary public quotation basis. The named port, shipment window and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
Which Export Documents Do You Provide?
Typical documents include the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Product and destination requirements may add further documents.
Can You Arrange Air Freight For Samples?
Yes. We normally cover the sample material cost while the customer covers courier or freight charges. The customer must be able to import the sample legally.
Pricing Payment
3 QuestionsWhy Are Ferroalloy Quotations Time-Limited?
Ferroalloy prices can change daily with ore, electricity, exchange-rate and supply conditions. Typical validity is 24 hours for Asian markets and 36 hours for Europe and the Americas unless stated otherwise.
What Payment Terms Do You Normally Use?
Our standard approach is TT prepayment, commonly 70% in advance and 30% before shipment, with no open-account credit. The exact term is confirmed in the contract.
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?
Commercial orders are normally tonne-level or container-level. Smaller trial lots may be discussed for custom products and first transactions.
Products Grades
3 QuestionsWhat Product Information Should I Include In An Inquiry?
Please include the product or grade, key element targets, quantity, destination port and any special particle-size or packaging requirements. For custom products, also describe the steel grade and the process problem you are trying to solve.
Can You Supply A Grade That Is Not Listed On The Website?
Yes, if it falls within our metallurgical raw-material scope and a partner factory confirms technical feasibility. We will review the target chemistry, propose a trial route and confirm cost and lead time before proceeding.
Are The Chemical Compositions Shown Guaranteed?
Website values define a typical or selectable range for inquiry. The commercial specification is confirmed in the quotation and contract, and the shipped batch is documented by an MTR or an agreed third-party report.
Quality Compliance
3 QuestionsWhat Is An MTR?
MTR means Manufacturer Test Report. It records the tested chemical composition and relevant quality indicators of a production batch. Third-party inspection can also be arranged when requested.
Can I Nominate A Third-Party Inspection Company?
Yes. The inspection scope, sampling method, agency and cost allocation should be confirmed before production or FAT so the factory can coordinate access and timing.
How Do You Control Batch-To-Batch Consistency?
We confirm the contracted specification, monitor production progress, review factory test results and arrange FAT or third-party inspection when required. Batch documents are checked before shipment.
Technical Inquiry
Still Need A Technical Answer?
Send your product grade, target chemistry, purchase quantity, and application. We will review whether a standard grade, controlled range, or custom production route is appropriate.
